Let's talk about motivational seminars first. This type of seminar, people usually go to get motivated to do something that they had never done before, they want to be able to face challenge and they want to ripped off their negative thoughts.

Isn't This, What You Want From Your Prospects ?Now, let's go into business seminars. This type of seminar, most people usually are already in positive mind. This type of people go to seminars and workshops for only two reason. The first is to solve their business problem and learn new ways to increase their profits. The second reason is, they are finding new business partner to join venture with. Usually, these type prospects are mostly rich enough to invest to opportunity that will make them even richer.

Isn't Giving opportunity To People, You Aim As A Network Marketer?Lastly for investment seminars, most people are usually insane, they will shell out their money to invest for anything that they believe will give them a large profit pay back. They are mostly real estate and property investor or agent, some are rich, some are just searching for an investment secret or ways that will make a breakthrough in their investment.

Become A Network Marketing Detective, Not A Network Marketing Inspector !
Okay now, listen to this story to understand what I'm trying to illustrate to you:
Imagine there is a police inspector and a detective searching for proof and evidence to find out who is the killer out of five suspects. Here's what the police inspector will usually do, he will question each suspect one on one in a room to get all the necessary proof and evidence. And here's how the detective will usually do, he will go to the killer scene and find proof like finger prints or blood stain for DNA test without even question a single word to the five suspects.
So Who Do You Think Will Find Out The Killer In Minimum Time ? The Police Inspector Or The Detective ?
Obviously, the detective will find out the killer first before the police inspector, this is common sense, right? You see, it's the same to network marketing, you don't bring each and everyone you think is a prospect into your network marketing business to identify whether or not they are your real prospect, you will rather be the detective to go right to the scene which is the seminars and workshops...

To Get Real Proof And Identify Real Prospects !
And now I'm going to tell you how you should talk and when you should ask. The very first thing you should do and definitely must do, is to reach a seminar early by half and hour, and I'm going to tell you why right now. When you reach early, you will usually see people walking around and talking around, this people are your prospects, don't ever, ever aim for young prospect only...

Older Prospects Are Still Prospects, Is The Same As Own Goal Is Still A Goal !
The first thing when you reach there, is to go look for people to shake hand and make friends, those people there are very friendly, so is normal to walk up to them. In my opinion, the first question they will ask, is usually this, "How do you know about this seminar?" Don't worry, tell them you saw it on a website (I will give you the website address for the date of seminar held in Singapore at the end of this post)
Now, the second question, they will usually ask is, "What you work as or what you are doing right now?" Okay, never never said you are a network marketer, just tell them you are working for a job right now and you want to learn something new to find a breakthrough in life. But beware, you might hit onto an elite network marketer, so...

Be On Your Guard !
You see, the biggest mistakes, that most network marketers made is they forgot to ask for their contacts, always remember to ask for their contacts such as name card and personal phone numbers and of course you should also give your phone numbers if you do not have a name card, but I recommend you to just give your phone numbers better.
The first half and hour, should be enough to get at least 10 prospects. When the seminar start, do not ask anymore, it should be your time to listen and learn from the speaker. After the seminars, if it is a multiple days seminar, always ask them to have breakfast or lunch together before going to the seminar the next day, this is a way to build...
