Happy Story!

Jill G came in today both excited and nervous because it was her wedding day. Her friend Becky had brought her in so she could unwind a little before her big day. Barbee and I made sure to make her feel special from the moment she entered the door to the moment she left so that when she looks back at her wedding day she will remember us fondly as part of her special day. She really enjoyed her massage as well as her experience here and we were happy to have helped her prepare both physically and mentally for her wedding day.

Massage Envy Rancho Bernardo (1/29):
Rafael C. called and was in major need of a good massage. He has had five back surgeries and is in the process of rehabilitation through physical therapy. His doctor also recommended massage to him as a way to help that process. He said he recently received a massage at a different massage clinic that left his already existing back problems worse. He came in for a massage later that day in hopes to get a service that will help him in his rehabilitation process. He said his service at Massage Envy was completely opposite than his service at another similar business, the customer service was great, the therapist was extremely knowledgeable and his massage made his back start to feel much better. He liked his experience here at Massage Envy so much he chose to sign up for the wellness program because he knows the benefits of it will help him in the process of the recovery for his back. He plans to come every two weeks and is eager to finally feel more like the way he felt before his back problems occurred.

Massage Envy Encinatas (1/29):
A new client came in today for a massage that his wife told him he NEEDED. Right off the bat he told our Client Service Associate that he did not want to be there and did not see the point in massages, but his wife (a member) made him come in. He was extremely tense and admitted to being a little nervous, even asking what he could do to loosen up a little bit in order to enjoy his massage, although he didn't really see how that would be possible. When another person came into the tranquility room he tightened right back up and walked out, saying he was uncomfortable and would wait for his therapist in the lobby... After his massage, you could immediately see the change in him. His therapist had opened him right up! His shoulders were no longer bunched up to his ears and he was actually smiling and talkative and agreed that the massage was just what he needed.

It’s a good thing he listens to his wife!
