My Cap Barbell 40 pound dumbbells with carrying case came on time, so I have no complaints about the promptness of delivery. However, there was a small crack in the carry case, so it actually arrived with some damage. The handles are of good, sturdy quality, especially because they came with rubber washers to make sure that when you attach the weight plates, they fit well.

I did notice, however, that because the handles are long at about 14 inches each, they may prove to be a problem when it comes to some exercise routines.
