A Personalized Consultation For Greater Customer Satisfaction

By:

At York Fabrica, we understand that every customer's needs and tastes are different. Designed to facilitate the selection, configuration, and purchase of our products, our pre-sales consultation service is comprised of a multi-stage process that incorporates our client's input at every stage.

Stage #1: Client samples & drawings

Upon booking an appointment with our in-house consultant, the client will be encouraged to bring drawings and samples of their preferred cabinet colors and flooring. This will expedite the process and ensure that our consultant and client start on the proper footing.

Stage #2: Showroom samples

The client is brought into our continually updated showroom that displays 12x24 samples of available material. In our showroom, which will be expanded to three times its size in the future, clients will be able to narrow down their choices for the material that best suits their requirements.

Stage# 3: Determining the optimal material

At this stage, our in-house consultant will review the client's drawings and discuss the pros and cons as well as the maintenance aspects of their desired materials. Should the client's desired material not be suitable for their specific application(s), our consultant will recommend alternative one(s) and explain why.

Stage 4: Edging profile selection

A wide variety of edging profiles are shown on actual granite samples, giving clients a complete view of their application.

Stage #5: Marble and Granite selection

Clients are then escorted to our "Marble Alley" section to view full slabs of marble and granite material.

Stage #6: Launching the production process

When clients have finalized their material selection, we will reserve them, after which all the information will be relayed to a Project Manager assigned to the client's file. The Project Manager will accurately measure and develop the template for the project, create and submit drawings to our fabrication shop, and provide documentation regarding installation.

Stage # 7: Mapping out the slabs

For materials with distinct veining patterns, we ask the client to book an appointment to return to our facility after the project's template has been completed in order to map out the slabs prior to cutting.
