On the first day of Christmas, 
my Trainer said to me 
go walking with the family!
On the second day of Christmas, 
my Trainer said to me 
Stay caffeine-free, 
and go walking with the family!

On the third day of Christmas, 
my Trainer said to me 
Drink lots of water,
Stay caffeine-free, 
And go walking with the family!

On the fourth day of Christmas, 
my Trainer said to me 
Try and get some sleep, 
Drink lots of water,
Stay caffeine-free, 
And go walking with the family!

On the fifth day of Christmas, 
my Trainer said to me 
EX - ER- CISE MORE!
Try and get some sleep, 
Drink lots of water,
Stay caffeine-free, 
And go walking with the family!

On the sixth day of Christmas, 
my Trainer said to me 
Don’t forget protein, 
EX - ER- CISE MORE!
Try and get some sleep, 
Drink lots of water,
Stay caffeine-free, 
And go walking with the family!

On the seventh day of Christmas, 
my Trainer said to me 
Eat fruit and veggies, 
Don’t forget protein, 
EX - ER- CISE MORE!
Try and get some sleep, 
Drink lots of water,
Stay caffeine-free, 
And go walking with the family!

On the eighth day of Christmas, 
my Trainer said to me 
Skip booze and chocolates, 
Don’t stay up too late, 
Eat fruit and veggies, 
Don’t forget protein, 
EX - ER- CISE MORE!
Try and get some sleep, 
Drink lots of water,
Stay caffeine-free, 
And go walking with the family!

On the ninth day of Christmas, 
my Trainer said to me 
Never go hungry, 
Skip booze and chocolates, 
Don’t stay up too late, 
Eat fruit and veggies, 
Don’t forget protein, 
EX - ER- CISE MORE!
Try and get some sleep, 
Drink lots of water,
Stay caffeine-free, 
And go walking with the family!

On the tenth day of Christmas, 
my Trainer said to me 
Never go hungry,

Don’t stay up too late,

Always eat breakfast, 
Never go hungry,

Drink lots of water,
Stay caffeine-free, 
And go walking with the family!

On the twelfth day of Christmas, 
my Trainer said to me 
Don’t sit down all day, 
Always eat breakfast, 
Never go hungry, 
Skip booze and chocolates, 
Don’t stay up too late, 
Eat fruit and veggies, 
Don’t forget protein, 
EX - ER- CISE MORE!
Try and get some sleep, 
Drink lots of water,
Stay caffeine-free, 
And go walking with the family!
