There is a market out there, about 30 million strong in the US alone, and you can tap into it for just pennies a day. And unless you've been on Mars for the last twenty years, you know what it is, the Internet. Electronic marketing is hotter than ever, and the profits are huge. All you need are the right internet marketing tools, once your business website is created.

So let's assume that's done. You've gotten your business website off the ground. You have a domain name that is original and yet reflects your company and its products accurately. You have a URL that is exclusively yours (about ten bucks a month covers that). Your site has emails for all the important people, it has your products clearly displayed, and it has all the factors that make your business a competitive one in the real world. Your marketing tools (the first and easiest ones) have given life to your online company. Now, time to give it real value.

There are three factors, more advanced Internet marketing tools, that give value to a website.

The first is scalability, defined as the ability of a website business to handle increased business flow smoothly and efficiently. In brief, it means that your website is designed (and your people on the business end trained) to handle thousands of customers at a time instead of hundreds. You may be using multiple ordering systems, have an efficient method for taking credit card numbers, have a staff that can get out thousands of order within a short period of time. All of that adds value to your Internet marketing.

The next is Revenue strength, which is defined as a cash flow that doesn't dry up or run out. Most businesses online thrive mainly because they offer a monthly service that customers use on a monthly basis; those customers have signed up to receive the products or services (anything from regular medications to clothing to dog food) and make monthly credit card payments which are automatically deducted. That last feature is important, no need to deal with monthly mailings.

The last is Automated sign-up, having a system in place that registers new customers effortlessly (for them and for you), and features a password and login for your site. Easy access means a happy customer.

There, you've just added value to your Internet business. Isn't that a good feeling?
