A Look At Fraternal Hotel Beijing

Fraternal Hotel Beijing can be seen on the Chaoyang District close to the major location of the 2008 Summer Olympics just 20 minutes away from Beijing capital international airport and 30 minutes away from Beijing railway station by car. There are 210 various business and deluxe rooms offered in the hotel. Modern amenities such as an international satellite TV, high-speed internet access and wide-screen LCD computer and many more are seen inside.

Cancellations

All cancellations should be made in written form. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations received 5 business days prior to arrival will incur a processing fee equivalent to US$20 (per booking). Any cancellations received less than 5 business days before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee, in the amount of 1 night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel is treated as a late cancellation and will incur 1 night charge.

No Appearance

Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. If you don't check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not inform us in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation may not receive any refund.

Check In & Check Out

Usually a guest is supposed to check in after 14:00 and check out before 12:00 at noon. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please feel free to let us know as early as possible because the early check-in is subject to the hotel room availability, while the late check-out may cause some extra cost. Usually a hotel might request half day up to a full day room rate for early check-in and late check out.

English Service

Hotels rated with three stars and above generally offer Basic English service. What varies is the English level of staff in various hotels. Hotels with the same star rating and those located in big and coastal cities can offer better English services than those in small and inner cities; better English service are also provided by hotels with higher star rating than those with lower rating. You are free to call the management if you have any trouble communicating with the staff.
