Myhofibrillar Hypertrophy: This is what creates muscle fiber growth but does not add greatly to the size of the muscle,and it will make it much stronger. This type of muscle looks the best.

One other very important thing to understand when trying to get a lean body fast is that you cannot do 'spot conditioning'. In other words, you need to work on all parts of your body at the same time, or none at all. This might sound a bit harsh, but it is nearly impossible to compartmentalize progress when it comes to your body!
