A few days ago,a client from India visited our (Henan Hongxing Mining Machinery ) manufacturing workshop. to be honest , where a brand new vibrating feeder and a jaw crusher were packed to be transported . he was surprised by their size and weight when I walked around takeing some photos of these products and other additional devices ,which may be indicative of it's excellent quality and responsibility.


our sales person helped him to recognize varity of machines and explain to me their traits ,differences and working principle. For example,the jaw crusher is widely used as primary and secondary crushing equipment to crush material with compression strength less than 320 MPa. It is widely used in mine, metallurgic industry, chemical industry, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy, etc..

working principle of jaw crusher :

The strip and strip pulley are driven by a motor, and the moving jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and moving jaw becomes smaller when the moving jaw runs down, then the materials are crushed into pieces. It will become bigger when the moving jaw runs up. The moving jaw board leaves the fixed jaw board under the action of pole and spring, and then the end products come out from the crushing cavity. And also, Jaw crusher is always used as the Primary jaw crusher.
