A Guide To The Bella Centre Exhibition Venue, Denmark

If you are looking for a good venue in Denmark to host exhibitions, events, conferences and gatherings of all kinds, you would find it hard to locate a better venue than the Bella Centre. This is a convention centre where the service matches the facilities in terms of excellence.

The Bella Centre is located in Copenhagen and has become a preferred exhibition destination for all kinds of trade fairs and shows. Hundreds of events and exhibitions are held here every year.

The facilities at Bella Centre include the Trade Fair Centre, the Congress Centre, the Scandinavian Trade Mart, forum Copenhagen and the International House. The Scandinavian Trade Mart is a permanent set of fashion and interiors showrooms where Scandinavia's finest brands can showcase their items. Here you can learn about the latest trends in fashion, style, shoes, lighting, carpeting, textiles and furniture from the offerings of more than 500 fashion and interiors companies. The Scandinavian Trade Mart is open between 9 am and 5 pm from Monday to Thursday, and between 9 am and 3.30 pm on Fridays. Admission is free.

Meetings and conferences are hosted at the Congress Centre, while fairs and exhibitions are hosted at the Trade Fair Centre. The International House is a fully equipped office hotel. You will also find a range of interesting events held at Forum Copenhagen which is a subsidiary of Bella Centre. These events include exhibitions, parties and concerts.

Travelling to Bella Centre is a matter of ease even for people new to the city. It is situated at the Centre Boulevard 5, 2300 Copenhagen S, and you can easily get here by car or bus, exiting to Centre Boulevard on No. 19 from the Airport Motorway E20. You can also come here by metro to the Bella Centre Metro Station as the venue is not far from the Copenhagen Central Station. The Copenhagen Airport is only ten minutes away by car and you can rent a car at discounted prices through Bella Centre's special arrangement with Hertz. Parking is provided at a moderate charge.

You will also find plenty of excellent hotels in Copenhagen. The Bella Hotel which is scheduled to open in March of 2011, will become an ideal choice for exhibitors and visitor accommodation since it will be located right next to the Bella Centre. Currently there are several hotels located near to the venue that cater to exhibitors and guests.

Upcoming events at Bella Cenre in the near future include Camping 2009, an exhibition of camping equipment and services, CIFF, the biggest fashion exhibition in Scandinavia, Golf 2009, Wedding Fair 2009 and Ferie 2009, the 27th International Travel Fair.
