A Giant New Breakthrough In Goal Achievement So That You Can Double Your Income

In researching thousands of my clients around the world who achieve goals regularly and those who do not, I have discovered a pattern. Knowing this pattern will be a giant help for you to be sure that you are one of the consistent goal-achievers.

What I learned was that if a goal was not achieved it was usually not even started. I thought that there would be a whole spectrum all the way from not even starting the goal to almost achieving it but not quite. I was wrong. There was no spectrum. In practically every case, non-achievers were actually non-starters.

How can you use the results of this research to double your income or achieve whatever else you wish in your life?
How can you use the powerful results of this research to support you in overcoming the possibility of not even starting?
The solution is called The First Step. The First Step is an additional comment you append to your own goals.

The First Step is a minor to-do item which can be completed in at most a few minutes over the next several hours or less.
Here is an example. If you wish to read a book, you would write a goal to read that book. Maybe you would read it or maybe you wouldn't. My
research revealed that, if you did not complete reading the book, it was most likely that you would not even have started. How can you prevent
that? That is the purpose of The First Step.

The First Step might be to find the book in your home, or to put the book on the bedside table, or possibly even to order the book from amazon. Notice that each of these examples of First Steps would take no longer than a few minutes and could be done quite soon after recording the goal.

If you wished to clean your office and you had delegated the task of supporting you in cleaning it to your executive assistant, then The First

Step might be to ask her if she is available Saturday morning, or email her to ask if she would help you.
The First Step is an extremely simple to-do item which you can get done in a most a few minutes no later then a few hours from now (or maybe the next morning). Its purpose is simply to get you started.
It will dramatically help you achieve your goals.
