A Brunch Is A Wonderful Way To Celebrate Any Occasion

Who does not like to sit around in the company of others casually eating a delicious meal? Brunch is generally served between the times of 10am-1pm before lunch. For those who are planning a bridal shower, baby showers, Mothers Day parties, children's birthday parties, and spa themed parties include a delectable brunch menu for guests to enjoy. There are no wrong brunch foods to serve, but keep it simple and not too filling for guests.

There are lots of foods you can have at a brunch: muffins, bagels, fruits and vegetable platters, to name only a few. Depending on the budget and amount of guests attending the bridal shower will determine what type and the amount of food to prefer. Slightly more complicated foods to include in a brunch other than fruit and veggie platters include cheese frittatas. Cheese frittatas make for good eats surely. Cheese frittatas can be made in a variety of ways with goat cheese, onions, garlic, broccoli, and garlic.

Always have a good number of food selections for the guests. Scrambled eggs in a potatoes nests are another tasty option for a brunch party. Scrambled eggs in potato nests are very simple to make and made to look like a birds nest.

Guests at the brunch party need to be able to drink to wash down all the moth-watering food right? Ensure to include a nice selection of drinks such as milk, orange juice, punch, and vegetable juice are all age appropriate drinks. A champagne brunch for a bridal shower or birthday party calls for Mimosa, Ramos Fizz, and Bellini are all viable options for adult brunch beverages. Do not forget to include Bloody Mary's, Fruit Coladas, Mint Juleps, and Mojitos (maybe not all at once but select a desired few).

The type of brunch table setting will depend on the host and style chosen for the brunch. Decide if the brunch will be informal with a buffet or more formal with the guest being served. For some of the party supplies select soft color napkins, and placemats and a flower bouquet as the centerpiece. Make the table more interesting with various sizes of platters for the food at a buffet brunch. For a subtle brunch buffet table use mutes, soft colors such as various greens, blues, and purples. A bolder brunch buffet table can include bright oranges and reds.
