A Brighton Monday Night Out

Brightons nightlife is famous up and down the country. Whether its clubbing youre after, excellent food, art house films (or blockbusters) or the next big thing in music, Brighton has it all. Often referred to as the playground of London or London by the sea (neither of which locals are particularly fond of), Brighton is second only to the capital in the cultural stakes of Britain.

Even during the week there is plenty to do. Fuelled by the dual student populations of Brighton and Sussex University, there is a large mid-week entertainment market to be tapped into, and as such there are plenty of fantastic events, special offers and discounts offered up to stoke the school night Brighton nightlife.

So, what makes a Brighton Monday Night out? It could start with 2 for 1 cocktails in the Suga Qube, before heading up to the Duke of Yorks (the oldest purpose built continually running cinema in the country) for cheap cinema tickets before heading back to the town centre for dinner at the award winning Hotel du Vin Bistro (only 10 for 2 courses Monday to Thursday).

This is of course, just one option. There are so many deals on Monday nights in Brighton that it is possible to have one of the best nights at least of the week, for less than 20 each.

Its not just Mondays of course, a lot of the deals available on Monday are general midweek offers designed to attract as many people as possible out during the week, despite having to work the next day.

And if you want to tap into Brighton venue hire for a special occasion, mid-week is definitely the way to go. Monday is traditionally the slowest day of the week, and that means that venue hire costs go down drastically if you book a venue for a Monday, whatever your event is.

There is so much music, entertainment and food that goes towards making the Brighton nightlife what it is, thats a shame people do stay in during the week, they are missing out on so much, particularly as often the most interesting nights happen during the week. After all, the weekends are when the big crowds come out, and that means lowest common denominator.
