A Blog Can Bring Massive Traffic To Your Web Based Business.

Use a Blog to increase business or traffic to your web based business. Blog, means Web Based Log. It is a log of articles or thoughts or just stories that people create to entertain or draw business to their sites. Or it can simply be a collection of your pesonal thoughts and memories that you wish to share with others. If you want to increase business leads to your website it can be extremely valuable. You can write simple how-to articles to help others in your industry. The best way to do this, if you happen to be in Network Marketing, is to create articles that give value to other Networkers. By creating articles that have value to others , you will become a valued leader to those who visit your blog. And some of them will want to join your team.

Blogging is a lot of fun if you like to write and express yourself. I have personally found it to be quite cathartic. Even though I resisted trying it for years. What keep me back for years is the fact that I really didn't know how to start. How do I get started? May also be a question on your mind. There are several online companies that will host your blog and some have great features available. Most have little or no fees associated. The one I personally use is Wordpress. I signed up using Host-Gator.

It takes a few minutes to an hour to get setup and viola you are ready to BLOG. Now, all you have to do is write. And even if you don't like to write you can have a blog. There are those that love to write, which allows you to hire a Ghost writer for as little as $5 an article. And their are others that , for a small fee, will setup and write blogs for you. Personally I think that takes the fun out of it. However , if you simplky don't have the time to do the work, these services can be valuable.

Now the way to get more business or leads to your web based business is simple; use the keywords you have linked to your website in the title and content of the articles you write on your blog and use the permalink function to bring people to your blog. Include a link to your business(es) on your blog using the widgets button. Lets say you have a business in pet supplies that you want to link with your blog. Pick a keyword form the list available for pet supplies and use it in the title. "How to properly groom your 'pure breed poodle" without paying too much!".

Then use the key word (or phrase) in your article at least once in every paragraph. Then permalink your article with the keyphrase "pure breed poodle". When someone looks on a search engine using the same phrase, your blog's permalink with the poodle article will show up in the search . Hopefully the searcher will click in and read your article , then click on your business link. Giving you a potential customer and/or lead.
