This natural oil also makes the strands stronger by providing a protective coating of protein over each strand. It acts as a moisturizer and prevents dryness and breakage.

4. Shikakai is another excellent remedy for hair growth. It can clean the hair without removing the natural oil from it. Shikakai can be mixed with amla or bhringraj powder for better results.

5. Mix together one part apple cider vinegar and one part sage tea and rinse hair with the mixture daily to promote hair growth.

6. Take about 250 grams of mustard oil and add 100 grams of henna leaves into it. Now, boil it for about 15 minutes. Allow it to cool down and then strain out the henna leaves. Apply this oil thoroughly all over the scalp. Regular use of this oil is going to promote growth of healthy hair.

7. Loss of circulation to the scalp is part of hair loss; take a ginkgo biloba supplement daily to promote increased circulation.

8. A scalp massage is one of the easiest and most effective remedies for hair loss. It helps increase circulation and stimulate the flow of blood to the scalp. A healthy blood is essential in order to stimulate natural hair growth. The blood carries vitamins and nutrients to the roots to nourish the strands.
