Wriggle, jitter, fidget and just move. The extra energy expenditure you can use from fidgeting can be significant, so don't sit still for a minute.

Drink minimum 10 glasses of water daily. Water benefits your body in several ways. It boosts metabolism, detoxifies the body, reduces water retention and most importantly, makes you feel full thereby cutting down your intake of food.

Try a detoxification. This is something you should talk to a doctor about because of your physical condition. Chances are you have a lot of fluid retention since that is typical in obese people. You probably also have several pounds of pure waste that can not find its way out of your system. A detoxification can help clean out the waste and the fluid from your body.

Penning down your food consumption every day could be the pathway to keep you reminded of your goal. A record of your daily activities, food intake and emotional sentiments may help to discover the cause to your overeating or weight gain. It may sound ridiculous but when you notice you should pen down what you eat, even the tastiest food may turn your appetite off.
