70 Million Fat Fockers

70 Million Fat Fockers

By:

That's right folks, 70 million fat fockers, enough to make 7 cities,
the size of New York. That's enough lard to fry all the chicken at
KFC for years, along with all the fries at McDonald's. The leftovers
could be used at Krispy Kreme, cause you can't ever go without
dessert.

From 2007 to 2009, the obesity rate rose 1.1%, which might not seem
like much, until you realize that puts 3 million plus more Americans
on the list of buffet molesters. It isn't a regional thing either,
where you can blame it southern cooking, or too much meat. The trend
up is uniform, across all 50 states.

I'm not passing along the picture that accompanied the article I
read, because it's truly frightening. You can literally feel the
earth's vibration, as the woman thunders down the street, cracking
the pavement beneath her. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

In a related article, the Chinese have had a record increase in
diabetes in the last 5 years. What singular thing could cause such
an outbreak? Maybe it's the record number of American fast food
restaurants that are opening on the mainland.

This is a time time where we need to travel back to the future, to a
time where snack food didn't exist and dessert was truly something
for a special occasion. To a time where we walked further than where
we park our cars. To a time when we actually did something with our
hands, other than push buttons on a remote control.

The time to "get healthy" is NOW. It isn't hard, or complicated,
although many people are trying to make it that way. Following
simple principles is always best and produces the greatest results.

Eat right.

Get moderate exercise.

Get the supplements you need to put your body back in order,
starting with pharmaceutical grade fish oil, which will get the omega
3 fatty acids you need to the right places, especially your upper
and lower brain. (The brain itself and your stomach, which controls
the lower brain.) With the way most people eat today, almost no one
could pass a test in which your body had to contain the proper
nutrients for a healthy life. (For instance, 95% of people today
have distressingly low vitamin D levels.)

You know what to do. Let's do it.
