60 Percent Of The Questioned Think They Are Happy In 2011

A recent survey shows that nearly 40 percent of the questioned think that this year they are not happy. People with the strongest sense of happiness are leaders in business, company or managing people. It has been agreed that to lower the housing price and to increase salaries are the most effective to enhance the well-being. The survey shows that nearly forty percent think they are not happy in 2011, and "imperfect social security system" has the most impact on improvement of public well-being, while the happiest careers are the company and business leaders as well as managers. According to the survey, 60.2% of the questioned said that they were "very happy" or "quite happy". In other words, more than 60% of the people, in 2011, felt happy.
First, imperfect social security system affects the well-being. In September 2010, the new taxing law went into effect. The Tax Misery and Reform Index List issued by the U.S. Forbes magazine two years ago became popular again. In this list, the Chinese mainland's tax misery index ranks the second highest. This list issued two years ago was hot again, because those troubled by tax problems found a strong argument this time.
This view, in the survey also has been proved in this survey. In the choice of "the most effective social factor impacting enhancement of the public well-being ", the one ranked first was that "imperfect social security system" affects their well-being (25.6% of the visitors' choice), "Social Transformation led to excessive pressure "occupied the third place.
Second, family background has an important impact of on the r happiness. The survey results show that, as far as the improvement of personal happiness is concerned, 90% of respondents believe that the power of family background, economic strength, interpersonal resources etc play important roles in life. On the contrary, another trend, namely, alienation between rich and poor social classes seems to have produced obstacles to enhance happiness. On the one hand, the education level of household wealth is in proportional to the quality. On the other hand, the promise of an investment in public services, education, accounting for 4% of GDP, , can not be honored within nearly 20 years.
Third, higher wages can best improve public well-being. As far as the question the top five factors enhancing the public happiness, the answers rank as "raising the wage level," "lowering housing prices", "improving the health care level", "improving health care services "and" improving the urban environment ". It is clear that the level of public service still enjoys the top priority in affecting people's happiness.
When the public service has become a major factor affecting happiness, the problem becomes a little complicated, because some experts further noted that people tend to evaluate the fairness from education, health care, housing and other livelihood areas of experience in public service, while the benefits brought about by the government revenue for national defense, economic and administrative benefits are not easy to be realized. It seems biased to judge the public happiness merely according to the public service that can be sensed directly.
