4. They have less nutrition: Despite all the marketing claims, natural food will always have a superior nutritional profile in comparison to supplements. So don't assume that supplements have something special that whole food doesn't.

5. The less you have the better off you will be: You see, focusing on whole foods instead of supplements will always give you better results because whole foods have more nutrients. Also, nobody knows if long term supplementation is safe.

6. Teas can be just as powerful as weight loss pills: Loose leaf teas like green tea and yerba mate can be just as good as any weight loss pill. Even better, they will be much cheaper since you don't have to absorb the marketing cost.

Supplements, more often than not, will be expensive with minimal benefits. So take action on this advice today, don't delay!
