The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
It is 200 years after the events that took place in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and Tamriel is undergoing some serious changes. Within moments of beginning the new journey in Skyrim, the first dragon to be sighted in thousands of years attacks. While the main storyline follows the player's journey to find out why dragons have returned, hundreds of side quests provide hundreds of additional hours of gameplay.

Alice: Madness Returns
After a fire accident claims the life of her parents, Alice is understandable shaken. After the fire, Alice battles with memory issues and mental health problems that leave her torn and unable to determine whether or not she caused the fire. Alice returns to Wonderland in this sequel to find the answers to her questions and finally learn the truth about the death of her parents.

Portal 2
This follow up to the hit game Portal features similar gameplay aspects that made the first game so popular. This puzzle-based game challenges players to navigate through various portal holes inside the Aperture Science building. Although the core of the game is puzzle based, the game has a back story that adds and element of suspense and action. After destroying GLaDOS, an artificial intelligence system at Aperture, the main character, Chell, must escape the science lab alive.

Dragon Age II
This Xbox 360 game takes place in mythical times and tells tells the story of a man named Hawke. Players get to customize this lead character a bit, and they can choose between a magical or warrior-like character. The different character options give this game a lot of replay value, so any gift recipient will appreciate the extensive hours of gameplay Dragon Age II provides. The general storyline follows Hawke as he attempts to rise to power in a nation called Thedas.

Batman: Arkham City
Batman is back and he has a whole new problem on his hands. After taking care of Scarecrow and the Joker in Batman: Arkham Asylum, Two Face, Penguin, and a list of Gotham City villains are stirring up some more trouble for the caped crusader.
