The trap of going to the health club and not getting the results you are looking for is getting old for many people. After a couple of weeks of this agony with no results will make even the most motivated person to want to quit. If you have the right guide in front of you then it becomes much easier to get the ripped body your wanting. Let's talk about a few little tweaks that you can do to get your routine setup the way it needs to be.

When trying to get ripped you may need some help to havet he right steps in place. There are faster alternatives, such as steroids, and other illegal things, but I do not recommend them at all. A proven system or program is the best way to achieving your goals.

Here are 4 steps to that will help you to get ripped fast:

1. Proper Nutrition - Mom use to always say, "You need to clean you plate so you can grow up to be big and strong." Even though she didn't have the best of nutrition on the plate, the fact is she was right. You have to eat to be big and strong. For body builders that's about 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. The more mass that you want, the more food you will have to put in.

2. Cardio - Now I am not saying go out and run a marathon, but 15 to 20 minutes a couple of days a week is good. Strong cardio will help the body burn more fat faster, which will help you get ripped muscles quicker, and not to mention the health benefits that running has on your heart. Do interval training like walk for a minute, and then run for a minute or two. Then switch it up to walk for two minutes and run for five, just keep it changing all the time.

3. Supplements - Like I said before, nothing illegal. Try a testosterone booster or a good fat burner. Multivitamins are also good when you're developing your body for large muscle gains. They give you nutrients you might not get from food. If you want to build bulk take some creatine and drink some protein shakes. These supplements pack a little more power than you might think.

4. Workouts -To experince nice muscle gains you have to have a good workout plan set in place. Personally, I like to do full body workouts, 3 days a week with a rest day in between days. Depending on how I feel I may save my cardio for the rest days. Also make sure that you work muscle groups together, i.e. 2 upper body workouts, 2 lower body workouts per week.

When trying to develop you muscles, it does take time, but it will work. Well at least it did work for me. Remember have a proper nutrition, do some cardio, take supplements, and workout to get the full affect of your daily routine.
