It was early 2011, when I noticed something quite startling. I was late to the Twitter party. It was my fault really. I had some preconceived notions about it and I frankly did not think that it was for me. An epiphany came to me though. That there"s a massive amount of potential customers on Twitter! I quit neglecting my business and finally joined Tweetland. It was time to crash the party and get a piece of the network marketing action.
Do you compare twitter.com to cold hot-dog pasta? Well, you shouldn"t. Twitter is not going away anytime soon and can be a very powerful social media tool for your network marketing business. Since it"s so important, I have decided to give you some top tips on how to use Twitter. These tips will be centered around gaining a lot of followers in your target market. The more followers you have, the greater likelihood someone will click on whatever you are offering on your tweet.
4 Tips on How To Gain Twitter Followers:
Tip 1: Find Someone Famous: There is no doubt that people flock to leaders. This is especially true on Twitter. Search for a leader in the MLM industry- Mike Dillard, Mike Klingler, or Jonathan Budd for example. There will tens of thousands of people in the industry following these top dogs. Click on the "followers" link and start adding.
Tip 2: Search for Keyphrases: Another way to find people in network marketing is to enter in keywords. You all should be good at this by now but you could start with the big ones: Network Marketing, MLM, Internet Marketing, etc. It will show you all the recent tweets that include that particular phrase somewhere in the message.
Tip 3: Local Mojo: This isn"t a necessity, but it"s cool so I"d thought I would let you in on it. At nearbytweets.com you can find network marketers in your area by entering your city and a keyword. This is a great way to find local people in the Network Marketing industry.
