No sense in dealing with the bill collecting issues, so use the EFT.

When people pay money for a workout they don't want their leader to constantly show up late. EVER!

#23 Set Goals

You don't want to go to your workouts just because there are clients there. Instead, set a goal or many of them that are both short and long term. Most instructors link them back to growing the boot camp. By doing this, you'll be meeting your own goals while training your boot camp clients.

#24 Have a Direct Response Sales Site

Don't spend $5k-$8k on a website if it's not going to make you money. Of course it looks great and everyone loves it, but what does it do? Is it making your clients buy? If you answered "no" then you definitely don't need it.

#25 Don't be a Poser!

Seriously, just because your course is called a boot camp doesn't mean you have to be decked out in military clothing. Remember, the individuals are there to lose weight, not train in the sniper division. If you were planning on doing this we would politely ask you to refrain. It will look kind of ridiculous actually.

Start with a photo on each client's first day, then once a month take photos of everyone, maybe after a day of running when everyone is coming in at different times.

#28 Create a Bonus for Referrals

Maybe you give your clients half off the follow month, or a specific month free. Whatever the case may be, you can make it worth their while as much as yours.

Use sites like craigslist and myspace to create ads and fan pages. Ask your clients to join your page.

One of the best things I found to be a big hit is getting a plastic gift card. They look just like credit cards, but I give tons of them away to clients to give to friends. This way they feel like they are being treated to some fun instead of being begged to join.
