If you're trying to lose any amount of weight, then you better have a plan and stick to it. But what about those days that you just don't feel like pushing through anymore? What do you do when you think you just can't do it?

Here's 3 tips that will help you stick to your weight loss plan, even on those down days.

Create Good Habits Slowly

The only way to really stick to a plan is to change those old bad habits into new good habits. It will be a struggle for the first month or so, but as long as you stick to it, the small changes you have made will be a habit. Once it's a habit, it'll be so much easier to follow through with.

Start With Just a Little

So it's monday morning, and you REALLY don't feel like exercising today. Instead of trashing the whole idea, just dive in and do a little bit. You'll find that most of the time you want to keep going to finish your whole workout. It's usually starting things that intimidates us so once you get started it will be easy to finish.

Be A Procrastinator

What? Procrastination is a good thing? Well if you do it right, you can use it to your advantage. Next time you feel like eating something sweet, procrastinate. Just put it off for a bit. Instead of instantly indulging, put some time in there and think about the results it will bring you.

Many times you'll find that it's just not worth it to have that bowl of ice cream that was calling your name just an hour before.
