The hard reality is those of us who have to sit in an office everyday to make a living will most likely end up with the same problem, a large waistline.

Back in college, I used to be very thin. However, as soon as I got a job and began working in an office building, I would sit in front a computer all day.

As a result, my belly grew. In an attempt to lose weight, I have started doing some exercises that are aimed specifically at the stomach. I've lost nearly ten pounds thus far and it has really helped to flatten my protruding stomach.

Sit Ups!

There are some people that say sit ups are useless because it is impossible to get the maximum fat burning effect from them. However, this is most likely due to that person doing the exercise incorrectly.

A major reason why this could be is after doing sit ups, you are supposed to stretch your abdominal muscles as well as take a 15-20 minute jog or walk afterward. Walking or Jogging after doing sit ups is a very efficient way to burn off fat because your abdominal muscles are already on fire and burning calories when you set out to jog.

Leg Raise!

This one is highly recommended out of all the stomach flattening exercises. This exercise focuses on the lower stomach as opposed to other stomach exercises, a section that can easily be neglected.

This exercise is guaranteed to get super effective results when combined with sit ups. Sit ups will hit the upper abs and leg raises will hit the lower, leaving your entire stomach burning away belly fat.

Jogging!

As explained above, jogging or walking for about half an hour after a workout will get you the best weight loss results. After working out the stomach, your body has been stimulated and will burn more energy at the abdomen; your belly fat.

This allows for optimum belly fat removal. If you follow these steps correctly, they will leave you with the flat stomach you've been dreaming about.
