3 Reasons Why Your Network Marketing Training Should Focus On Relationships

It is amazing that 90% of the (so called) network marketing training today is still focused on memorizing scripts, techniques and overcoming objections!

What happened to understanding the principles involved with our interactions with other people? If you are still preaching and following the old school MLM strategies then you are still hounding your friends and family off of your list. Guess what? It doesnt matter whose list they are on, they are people too. In fact they are people first and foremost, list or no list.

If you are going to have any amount of network marketing success (at all) today you need to quit with the over emphasized buzz words and monotone, mind numbing generalities. What you need is people skills, which starts with a good cleaning out of your ears. In other words be quiet and listen!

First: If you dont know or understand who your client is, both of you lose. I dont mean just their name, where they live, or how they live, but who they are? Your network marketing training shouldnt focus on memorizing scripts or overcoming objections. You need to focus on each and every person as an individual. Consider them as a client in need of help and not a prospect to generate a sale. Consider what each individual wants not what you think they need.

The MLM strategies you need to exercise most are of common sense. You think someone needs to lose weight. What your client may want however is to fit into the cloths they used to wear 5 years ago. Listen to what they have to say. Repeat their words back to them. Paint them a picture of your product that satisfies their wants.

Second: People want to buy; they dont want to be sold. Old school network marketing training says that everybody needs our left handed widget. NOT TRUE. Just because I love my left handed widget doesnt mean I want to be a left handed widget distributor. I dont want you or any one of my friends or family hounding me and pressuring me to be their partner in a left handed widget business. That will never lead you to network marketing success. When a new model comes out I might want to buy it but that does not mean I want to go into the business selling it.

Stop trying to sell your network marketing opportunity to everyone you see. If its network marketing success that you seek, get plugged into the automated systems for marketing your opportunity. Todays MLM strategies and systems make it so that the people who are looking to buy, are coming to you. Now you can experience network marketing success to the fullest and with that new found success, those of your friends and family that have any interest will come to you as well.

Third: People are people and they dont want to be surprised (or pressured). If your; brother, sister, co-worker or relative invited you over for dinner and their only motive was to pressure you into signing up with them, how would you feel? That is exactly what most network marketing training pushes. Does that really work? Do you really need to ask?

Network marketing success comes from understanding the nature of human dynamics. Simple common sense is all it really takes. If you are up and running with your current opportunity and it is bringing you in boat loads of cash, then people you know might be interested in hearing more about it. After you are experiencing actual success and NOT based on theory.

MLM strategies like funded proposal marketing, that allows multiple streams of income allows you to offer choices rather than yes or no options.
There are several good options online where you can find specific network marketing training that centers around offering just that.

If you want to join the ranks of the leaders who share in the most network marketing success, keep the relationship with people at the forefront of your network marketing training. Keep it at the forefront of everything that you learn and especially in everything of that you teach. Duplication is the number one key to making it to the T O P (Total Ongoing Prosperity) and the number one reason for failure. Good luck as you continue to ascend the ladder of success.
