3 Powerful Strategies You Can Use, When You Feel Like Quitting!

By:

When was the last time you had a problem that got you so down that it literally affected the other areas of your life that were working quite well. The impact of your problem started to affect your relationships with your loved ones, work or possibly even your health. Everywhere you went, people noticed that you were down and every one around you also received the impact. Its like your problem, became their problem.

Below are 3 things I would recommend doing to move on powerfully in spite of your problems:

1 - Powerful people stop the bleeding early on: the GOOD NEWS is that you can rid yourself from this suffering, and from letting it affect the areas that are working well. You see there is a big difference between being sad and suffering. Being sad is a normal human phenomenon. For example if a close friend dies, then its a normal reaction to feel sadness but if 5 years have passed since the death of this friend and you find yourself sad often, then its no longer called sadness, its called suffering.

Suffering is nothing more than the story you created about what happened . When you can separate the story you created about what happened from the facts, then you can have access to being powerful again. For example if you keep saying its not fair or he/she should not have died so young or he/she should of never done that to me, then every time you repeat that story in that moment it just became alive again. And when its alive you relive it again, just like the first time it happened.

However, powerful people are those who separate the story from what actually happened. What happened is what happened and what didnt happen, didnt happen and the rest is a story. But, the truth is that when you can let go of the story you will stop the bleeding and stop the suffering. The choice is yours!

2- Powerful people have the ability to forgive themselves and are also humble and smart enough to forgive others as well. You see champion when we have problems ,we tend to be too hard on ourselves and we make everybody around us pay for it including ourselves. Mahatma Gandhi lifes altering experience happened when his father forgave him for being a naughty and disobedient boy. Forgiveness is many times the first step to move forward.

3- Powerful people develop a Rhinoceros Attitude- Powerful people confront their problems and even though they are sad, they still dont let that bad energy seep into the other areas that are working well. They know that to charge ahead they will need a tough Rhinoceros Skin and they keep taking action in spite of their feelings. They somehow dig deep and muster the Rhinoceros courage to press on because they know their leadership and livelihood depend on it. I know its easier said than done because I remember a time when I was completely broke and I needed to make a sale just to barely survive and put food on the table for my wife and new born. Trust me I had no energy or desire to hit the streets and go door knocking but the Rhinoceros attitude is about charging ahead and letting the negativity bounce off your thick Rhino skin. This is where the rubber hits the road. Come on Rhino, put on your thick armour and lets go.
