I love to shop. I love to buy new stuff, even if I don"t need it! In these tough economic times, you can"t shop the way that you want to. Life has become about finding to save money and avoid those scams that just want to suck you dry. I am going to share 2 money saving tips that can save you over $2000 per year. They did for me!

1.Impulse buys and shopping sprees. They can kill us financially and can so easily be avoided. What I do when I have that strong urge to go shopping is hit up the dollar store. I bring only twenty dollars with me and I get twenty items. You would be surprised at that they have when you go through the aisles. I buy my Jergens body lotion and Ivory soap there for one dollar each: compared to as much as five dollars at the grocery or drug store. You get a lot of items, spend very little money and get your shopping urge and impulse buys out of your system.

2.Switch to satellite for your computer. Paying as much as $150 per month for you cable is expensive and drains your wallet. For a onetime fee and no monthly fees after, you can have the same service but now you have extra money in your pocket that you can spend more wisely. You also avoid the hassle of transferring your service, calling an automated phone agent when you have questions on your bills which ultimately save you time! Time is money. Saving money is the way to go.
