2 Exercises That Will Blast The Fat Off Your Body In Record Time

If you're exercising as a means to burn fat and get slimmer, then you need to be doing the right exercises to get the most out of your time. Forget jogging on the treadmill, it's a complete waste of time! Instead do these 2 exercises to get rid of that fat fast and get out of the gym in a hurry.

Wind Sprints

When compared to an hour of light jogging on the treadmill, a 20 minute session of wind sprints will do so much more for your body. Head to the basketball court and start at the first line. Run as hard as you can about 10 yards away, then turn around and run back. Next sprint down 20 yards, then sprint back, keep doing this until you're tired.

It won't take long, this is an intense workout! The harder you push yourself the better results you'll get. Everytime you do this exercise, focus on increasing either the time you spend sprinting or the number of sprints you do.

Weight Lifting Circuit

This isn't lifting weights to build big muscles, it's purpose is to build lean muscle that is strong and dense. What you should do is figure out at least 3 weight lifts that you are comfortable doing, and will work a wide range of your body's muscles. An example would be Bench press, Squats, & Standing Rows.

Now do 1 set of each, right after another, don't stop for anything! Make sure you have good form and you're lifting a heavy weight. Repeat this circuit 3-4 times and you'll get an awesome full-body workout in a short amount of time.

When you get more comfortable you can keep adding exercises to your circuit to make it longer and more challenging. To burn the most fat, instead of doing more reps than 10, start lifting a heavier weight.

Try out these 2 exercises, they will help you burn off the fat in a hurry. Don't do them everyday though! They are intense so your body needs to rest and repair itself in between workouts.
