Many people set themselves new resolutions at the beginning of each New Year to lose weight and eat healthy. They begin these with very good intentions however, many fall by the wayside and by the end of January they have given up. There are many factors that make people give up. Not being fully committed or trying to do too much are common factors.

If you have set yourself resolutions to lose weight or to improve your health then, you will increase your chances of following through by breaking them down into smaller targets. The actions to achieve your main health goal can be achieved over a 12 month period as follows:

Month 3

Month 8
Improve your kids health by giving them healthier school lunches to eat. Include lettuce and tomatoes in their sandwiches and plenty of fruit.

Month 9
