Step #1 Power off Your Cell Phone Completely. Press down the power button for five or six seconds to completely power off the phone.
Step #2 Take Out the Battery of Your Cell Phone. After your phone is completely powered off, turn the phone over to remove the back plate; take the battery out of your Cell Phone.
Step #3 Remove Your SIM Card. Pull back the metal covering the SIM Card; remove the card.
Step #4 Remove the RF Grommet. Find the plastic RF grommet at the bottom of the phone near where the battery was located; grab the grommet with a pair of tweezers; remove it from the phone.
Step #5 Remove the Bottom Cover. Insert the tweezers into the hole on the side of the phone opposite from where the RF grommet was located. Use the tweezers to pull up on the latch inside the hole to unlock the bottom plastic antenna cover. Lift the cover off of the phone and set it aside.
Step #6 Take Off the Metal Plate of the Phone. Pull out the screws along the edges of the phone using screwdriver; take the metal plate off of the phone.
Step #7 Lift the Entire Plastic Cover Up and Off. Flip the phone over to view the LCD Screen; gently use your screwdriver to slide into the seam of the plastic cover on the bottom of the phone and unlock the catch underneath the plastic cover; lift the entire plastic cover up and off the phone.
Step #8 Lay the Cell Phone Replacement LCD Screen into the phone. Lay the replacement screen back into your cell phone; attach the cable.
Step #9 Set the Removed Parts into the Phone. Take the opposite steps to reset your phone as this order: Set the plastic cover back into the phone; flip it back over; reattach the metal plate; put the screws back in; push the RF grommet back into the place; place the SIM card; place the Battery back; put the plastic cover on the back off the phone.
Step #10 Re-power Your Cell Phone. Power the Cell Phone on to ensure the screen is working correctly.
If your cell phone does not have a SIM Card, then you can skip step 3. And when replacing the LCD Screen, you should void the manufacturers warranty.
