10 Reasons Why You Need To Start Storing Food Now!

Why is it so important that you start storing food now?

Looking at the world today it appears that there are many things that could happen that would put not only the United States back into a recession, but maybe even a depression...and the rest of the world with it.

What are some of these thing that could have such a devastating effect on our financial condition that would make it important for us to be storing food now?

1. The federal government has put us so far into debt that it is probably impossible for us to ever pay it back. Our creditors are realizing this and could at any moment stop buying our debt...or just threaten to stop buying it which would be devastating to our currency and could make it almost worthless overnight.

2. The Federal Reserve has printed so much money in the last couple of years that the dollars you now have in your wallet or purse will not buy near as much as they would just 2 short years ago.

3. The previous 2 items I mentioned could possibly lead us to hyper-inflation...think wheelbarrow full of cash needed just to buy a loaf of bread.

4. As the purchasing power of your dollars decreases the cost of food increases (along with everything else).

5. Weather in different parts of the world this past year means that the global supply of food may not meet the demand.

6. Almost any job in our country is subject to being eliminated if the economy sours.

7. If either you or your spouse loses their job, will you be able to purchase the food necessary to feed your family well enough to keep them healthy, along with paying your bills?

8. Your taxes are going up...and not just for those earning over $250,000.00. (The federal government needs lots of money to continue there social give-aways...and they will not cut these because that is how they win votes).

9. Food rationing could happen anywhere in the world...including here in the United States. (It has been reported that both Costco and Sam's Club have limited how much rice someone could purchase at one time)

10. If anything happens that threatens our supply of food, fuel, or even electricity, there will be such a rush to the grocery stores as to be almost unbelievable...and people will start rioting. You do NOT want to be there trying to get food for your family when that happens.

If any one of these possibilities occur it is important that you and your family have been storing food, both for survival and for barter. There will be many people who wrongly believe that the 'government' will protect them and take care of them. Don't let your family be among them.

Maybe none of these things will happen and the economy will suddenly, miraculously improve and companies will start hiring people again...but do you want to bet your families survival on that?
