10,000 Steps A Day Review

The 10,000 Steps a Day exercise program is part of The Diet Solution used by many modern people who need more exercise, need to look healthier and just lose weight. People dont realize this but the average Joe or Jane walks anywhere from 900 to 3,000 steps each day, and by pushing themselves a little bit and walking up to 10000 Steps A Day they are putting themselves in a position to become much more vibrant and healthier. Walking and bike riding are my favorite exercises, because they dont put as much pressure on the joints as jogging or running does. Plus personally I havent been able to jog or run for about 17 years because of my being overweight. So before I started the 10000 Steps Per Day plan I needed The Diet Solution that would work best for me. And I also knew that walking steps each day wouldnt be enough and I needed a diet plan that would not only help me lose weight but leave me with some level of dignity which means an awful lot to someone like me.

It wouldnt be a stretch to say that most people do feel overwhelmed when it comes to structuring their own personal fitness plan. Some squeal about being too tired or lazy, but whatever your excuse is we all walk anyway so we might as well walk a little more and make a regimen of it. If youve fed your fitness and diet books to the termites in your attic thats okay. Just about everyone under 50 can get on a walking program, but beware that it wont do you much good without being on a diet if you are indeed overweight like I am. If you are you will need a program like The Diet Solution Program to help you lose your much needed weight, and it will work a lot better for you if you involved in some type of structured regimented workout program. If you are skeptical that is very understandable. The 10,000 Steps a Day book isnt difficult at all to follow. Greg Isaacs happens to be the author and has over 20 years of culminated experience is the fitness genre, and holds a college degree and certifications in health related topics. He has been responsible for training a lot of famous people out there and has finally went out and authored his own book you can own for under $20.00. Mens Journal Magazine even had some good things to say about Greg Isaacs.

What makes the 10,000 Steps a Day plan most different from many others is that you will want to use a pedometer when you walk. People generally say it takes about 2 hours or so to walk ten thousand steps depending on how fast you walk of course. This particular book is all about you getting off your duff and making small changes in your life and committing to a different exercise regimen that really isnt too hard. And with a pedometer youll know exactly how many steps youve walked on any particular day. And the cool thing is if you walk the same path each day you only need to measure your steps the first day, and youll have a good idea regarding how much youll need to walk each day after that. But if you want to walk in a new location the next day, just use your pedometer the first time. After youve got your pedometer measurements for that trail just remember your starting and finishing points and walk the same path anytime you want to. This book isnt for aspiring gym rats, but I do think it will work well with The Diet Solution By Isabel De Los Rios. Some people using this book are even maintaining a blog and noting their exercise progress and accomplishment on it. If blogging is your thing you can surely do this, or you can do what Im doing and create a hubpage about it.
