6.Indulge in your time. You need time to care for yourself, physically and emotionally. Go for a walk, long walks are particularly thought provoking and calming.
7.Appeal to your intellect, expand your knowledge and enrich your life by joining a book club, laughing club or a social organization and build contacts and networks.
8.Do gardening, play outdoor games with your spouse and children like tennis, badminton, go for jogging on the beachside and so on.
9.Go on a date with your spouse or your prospective life partner.
10.Meet friends and spend time with them.
