"who Else Want To Learn The Secrets To Breathing Meditation In Just 5 Minutes? "

By:

Have you got 5 minutes to spare to learn breathing meditation? The benefits are huge and you can start getting those benefits in just few minutes. Just focusing on your breathing can help increase your concentration as you'll be getting a whole lot more oxygen to the brain. This certainly can't hurt!

Most people only breathe into the top part of our lungs, this results in us only getting a fraction of the amount of oxygen that we could otherwise. But, by breathing through your nose, you will breathe deeper into your lungs and your belly will move as you breathe in. This draws the air deep into your lungs, fully expanding your chest and allowing you to get all the oxygen out of the air. This will also give you a rush of oxygen into the blood. Many of us could do with this and it tends to relax and calm you.

It seems ridiculous I know, but there really is an art to breathing properly and its not one that is taught to most of us. We all need to breathe, but for most of us it's not something we really take much notice of. Theres always going to be lots of other more pressing issues demanding our attention unless we focus on our breathing.

So what is the point of getting your breathing right? Apart from the health benefits, its essential to learn breathing meditation! So, whats the next step?

Well, take a few breaths through your nose, feeling them go deep into your lungs and your stomach move out, while your shoulders stay relaxed and down. Now, just close your eyes and keep breathing, drawing the breath deeper and deeper into your lungs. Now just do this with every breath you take for the next five minutes.

Is It Really This Simple?

Most people won't get to a really deep state of meditation by using this method, but you will benefit from it. You will find that you're calmer and more centred. Your mind will become clearer and less cluttered.

Try to do this every day (Im sure that no matter how busy you are, youll be able to find 5 minutes a day) It helps to get into a habit of doing this at a certain time each day, say after you have lunch or just before bed. This is a great way to get it fixed as a good habit, then you won't need to think about it so much. You just do it.

Some people think that this isn't 'real' meditation, but how do you define meditation? Youll be developing a great habit, bringing your awareness into the present and getting a little bit of space to relax and get in touch with yourself.

Sure theres heaps of other techniques that are a bit more involved. But even doing this process for 20 minutes rather than five will give you heaps more benefits. That said, if you start with a quick five minute breathing meditation, you could get a taste of what more in depth meditation is like and get some instant benefits too.

So I hope you can see that you can learn breathing meditation in 5 minutes if you want to. Experience the benefits of meditation for yourself. Really get the most out of every day, just by spending a few minutes on yourself.
