Adults need about 8 to 10 hours of sleep per night. The body needs rest to feel replenished and healthy. It is also important to have sleep to improve immune, brain functions, and to produce growth hormones.

General sleep time
1Some people need 8 to 10 hours to sleep every day.

11Nights sleep from 23:00 pm to 24:00 pm. You should be relax and sleeping after a busy day .Dont let the body excessive load.
