Mixing of Juices:

vi)Finally, root vegetables can be mixed with green leafy vegetables and not with other fruits/vegetables.

Methods of Taking Juices

Appropriate selection of juices is very important for treatment of ailment. For instance, it can be said that orange juices can intensify certain diseases like asthma, arthritis and skin disease but if you take juices made from carrot, cucumber and other vegetables such ailments would be relieved.


In raw juice therapy efforts should be made to take suitable quantity in a correct interval the Raw Juice Therapy cannot be effective. For example, one glass of raw juice can be taken three hourly intervals for five to six times a day. For great result, lemon juice should be takken mixing water and honey in the morning. Without causing any harm to your body this therapy can be continued for 30-40 days. Quantity of juices to be taken may be increased slowly. Pain in the abdomen, headache, weakness, fever, sleeplessness or bad breath may occasionally happen during juice therapy but this problems should not be checked by using medicines as these problems will automatically fade away within a few days of its continuance.
