He inspected fire extinguishers, sprinklers systems, emergency lights, standpipes, exit ways and construction areas on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis. He responded to all fire and trouble alarms and malfunctions by investigating all odors including gas and smoke. All through these years, he has worked in industries related to account management, law enforcement, investigations and customer service. He was also fire safety director at Mount Sinai Hospital and the New Yorker Hotel.
