Today I want to share with you an appraisal on iThemes which is a premium Wordpress theme provider. Allow me just cut right to the chase at this point in what this is certainly all about.

It is my experience that when a patron makes a purchase an more than ever when that product is the product that you had developed you by no means tell your customers no at least within reason. Of course there is always going to be one or two who want you to build the site for them but most are merely looking for advice after running down every way they have available to them for answers.

At iThemes do not bring up too many questions and don't anticipate a fast answer and don't become impatient after waiting for 2-3 days and not getting an answer and you might be okay. If you do you might openly be scolded as one woman customer was that was simply looking for a child theme that was promised would be done but delay after delay kept it from happening. If you would like reply in a sensible fashion and don't get it you might just get a refund without asking for it and shown the virtual door.

In fact it is hard to think that in the day and age in which we live that still occurs and it seems to be rare as nearly all comprehend the fallout there could be from mishandling a situation like this is considerably greater than purely providing superb support. Could this just be another example of the clamoring for more of the almighty dollar and forgetting that it is thrilled customers that make more of those dollars come in the door?

In the event you want fantastic themes and overwhelming support then our advice is the StudioPress,Thesis and Headway themes. Those mates realize how to deal with their customers and comprehend without them they would be in a different business. Cory Miller of iThemes apparently does not know that at least yet or care.
