All Right- so what is the cause for acne? Is there help for acne?

If you are dedicated in:

• getting rid of zits
• getting rid of pimples

there is something you should know - understand

You are probably not doing anything wrong!

The old myths about:

• Diet
• Bad Hygiene
• Refined Sugars
• French Fries
• Chocolate,
• Etc.

are not really 100% connected directly to acne. Startling isn't it?

Here is a secret: It's not really a skin disease!

Here are the facts:

Acne is a reflection of your general health.

That alone should show you that there is indeed relief for acne.

Let's begin with hormonal balance . You see, hormones are like messengers your body uses to send instructimons back and forth between organs and cells telling them what to do.

When there is an mistake, it means that the incorrect message - communication is being sent . In the case of teenagers (and adults under some kind of stress) it sends out the instruction to produce more 'sebrum'. When this message of 'produce more and still more' your skin's oil glands go crazy in producing this sebrum.

When you get too much of this stuff, mixed with a particular kind of highly congesting blood and lymph fluid toxins, you get the perfect breeding environment for acne bacteria. And, it can grow like crazy.

So, it's not bacteria that causes acne, but the environment that's created in and on your skin that causes the trouble.

Unfortunately, acne is a normal part of adolescence. But, you can beat it!

Is there a diet for acne?

Well, when we said above, that the diet, etc. did not cause acne, that is mostly true. But not 100% true. You see acne can be a barometer of your life style - and it things are seriously out of whack - like diet - it may aggravate the acne.

For example, just some common sense factors like:

• Do not underestimate the value of water. It is an effective tool in maintaining good health, and therefore is a tool against acne.

• Don't take very hot, or very cold showers. Use mildly warm water instead, and that should help.

• Eat sensibly. Anything that is good for your body, will be good for acne.

• Anything that is harmful to your body - such as most stimulants - may well aggravate acne.

• On the positive side, a good exercise regimen with good sleep habits can do wonders.

Basically, anything that stimulates your stress levels can very well stimulate your glands to produce more oil - and that, you don't want.

So, are you destined to become a 'victim' of acne? No!

Well, recognize that although about 85% of teenagers (and lots of adults) are impacted by this condition, you don't have to be a passive victim.

So, while science is still trying to discover why these hormones are sending out the incorrect messages, be assured - there is help for acne, and a lot of it is just using good sense

Just good health habits, per above, and taking advantage of some powerful proven remedies produced by science - can have you overpowering the age old problem of youth, and lots of adults!
