I Won My Battle

I WON MY BATTLE

I won my battle with fighting fat forever, and in return lost the weight appropriate to my sense of well-being. My sense of well-being is translated from the total awareness of my overall physical, mental, and psychological conditioning.

I set forth to evaluate what I felt would be the best way to incorporate several of the many weight loss theories that have appeared on the scenes (ex: physical exercise; diet plans; supplements; psychological applications; etc.).

My extent was not to criticize the effectiveness of any of the many programs, but to determine which ones were best suited for me. I knew that one program only, would not be suited for me, but would work if I combined several programs together to incorporate a total weight loss program that would produce the maximum retainable results.

The reality of this theory is it produced the results I had been attempting to produce for over a decade. I was able to reach my goal in less than 8 months, and enjoyed every day of it.

I CHOSE THE FOLLOWING TO AID ME IN MY QUEST:

Exercise_The WII as the hardware of choice. The software of choice was a well known tennis game.

Dieting supplements_One that provided energy and effectively burned that hard to get- rid- of- fat.

Vitamin supplements_one geared for overall replacement of all the elements that our bodies require, in the right proportions, to perform at its maximum potential.

Psychological reasoning_Reduction and finally a dislike for fast food (I currently treat myself to a meal on a very limited bases, for convenience sake only, and when I do, I have no real satisfaction, but I am only satisfying my hunger). I feel and look fantastic (confirmed by the many compliments and looks I receive on a daily bases from those whom I know, and strangers alike).

Meals_A transition back to the recommended ingredients that should comprise a meal, and the quantities appropriate. I still eat what I enjoy to eat, only in a smarter way.

Mental process_I engage in worthwhile activities that maintain and constantly improves my mental state.

In my firm opinion, you should side with whats best for you, and critique each program you encounter from a basis of where it would fit into your program, if it can, not whether or not it will work as a stand-alone. Ive lost 30 lbs. within an 8 month period based on this theory, and I Feel Great.

I finally found my niche on weight loss, And So Can You!

It is not enough anymore to just believe that its okay. It is not okay to believe that everything will work out without your honest effects. It is not okay to believe that since everyone else is obese and seems content with it that its right. It is not okay to continue on as usual. It is not okay to not believe in the power of human dignity. It is not okay to try and give up. Try harder and trust your decisions to not give up.
