Do they seem cautious and unselfish in their work or absent minded and carefree? bear in mind that these are the people who will be taking care of your family so you will desire to make sure they treat them like their own parent or grandparent.



You should also look into how happy the other residents are. If you only see citizens in their rooms frowning that is possibly a bad sign. On the other hand if you see a lot of people up and moving around interacting with other folks and having a high-quality time this is a first-class sign. Watch for some of the apparent things that will tell you if people get pleasure from living in the home of if they are unhappy.
