With the main mission of the centre being to integrate and support the community, the Transformation Centre offers a range of facilities and support for people from all backgrounds. Combining learning, recreation, play and business, the creation of the centre is aligned with both Be Birmingham and Birmingham City Councils strategic plans for developing sustainable communities through mechanisms that will strengthen community cohesion and encourage individuals to participate more in neighborhood development and programmers of activity.

Transformation Centre will be a well recognized resource within the local community where people from all generation can access the help that they need. To achieve this, we have set ourselves targets in order to ensure we continue to consistently meet the needs of the local community. It is our desire to see programmer for young people to support them back into education, training or employment as a prominent and permanent feature of the work we do. Programmers to support parents with family issues, and guide parents back into work will be combined with a space to grab a bite to eat in the teaching and learning kitchen which will allow young people to learn invaluable life skills. By offering a Transformation Centre for our senior citizens to socialize we will help to bridge the intergenerational gap that has become so evident in our society. We believe that all generations should value each other and so see the centre as a place where people from all generations, backgrounds and cultures can come, learn, share, play, grow, be developed and make a real change in each others lives.
