Constipation makes others dread you leading the queue to a public toilet!

Constipation discomfort is opposite that of cholera where the need to use the lavatory arises as soon as one leaves the door.

The best thing with this though is that once you get inside that public toilet, the â€oepoop” comes swiftly and smoothly, and before the next person in the line know it, you are the last person in the same line for a second turn.

With constipation on the other hand, the path where this waste should crawl out through feels blocked, you keep pushing harder and nothing comes out.

In fact those out side can almost bear with you, because they could be hearing you sound as you labor to get the rigid-like obstruction out of the way.

Next time you take quite a long while in a public toilet battling with your bowels, you may consider seeing a doctor or use your home toilet to avoid humiliation as you disappear.

What is constipation?

This is a common occurrence in human bodies, where the elimination of foreign matter in human intestines is blocked.

Consequently, it decay there and toxins penetrate the blood stream causing harm to other body organs thus the onset of ailments.

Signs that you have constipation

Some people complain of bloated feeling in the lower belly or the abdomen is hard and full of mounting gas.

Infrequent stools, straining while passing them, hard stools that come out in pieces.

To others the above signs are accompanied by headaches, bad sleep and fatigue.

Reasons why you should seek help

You should seek the doctors to help know what causes your constipation and what lifestyle changes are necessary for your case.

Moreover, no one loves the discomfort brought about this ailment.

What causes constipation?

Your lifestyle and diet- one thing that is acceptable is that after food gets into your stomach, they must be broken down, digested and absorbed into your small intestines.

If a step of the three is interrupted, then it means that you become sick instead of being strong.

You do not food that decays in your belly rather that which is easily run through the three stages successfully.

It is good that you avoid the white processed foods such as flour they are deprived of natural ferments, they ruin your intestines.

Instead look for brown food such as wheat, rice and whole maize products rich in nutrients and fiber.

In fact medical experts think that there is lot to be lost from feeding on animal proteins like risks of various form of cancer, avoid too much of them.

Other cause is stress- it is possible to rise above your problems and stresses by avoiding what you can not change while attending to those that you have power to.

Avoid overeating or eating when it is completely unnecessary and also consumption of food that will cause constipation

Indigestion results to constipation and perhaps you will need to drink lost water to aid digestion process

Straining of bowels- perhaps instead of pushing the hard stool out of your large intestines, it would be advisable to see your doctor for attention medically; this could harm your colons-diverticulosis.
