There is also a type of compensation for employees who would have problems with their health. Employees with any infectious ailments would be allowed to work and instead they would be given a certain type of compensation so that they can get well before going back to the workforce. If there would any accidents inside the workplace, the employee also reserves the right to claim their benefits and insurances which are again provided by their employers and of the company that hired them.
