Mlm, Network Marketing: Is Your Company And Your Upline Misleading You!

By:

MLM or network marketing is easy. Anyone who's had enough self-discipline to hold a job, get an education, belong to a team, etc. has what it takes to succeed. Why then do so many fail?

I am convinced that the blame is because of crappy, bordering on lies, mentoring they receive. One of the biggest piles of crap is, "It's a numbers game." Sounds more like something you'd play in Las Vegas than a business strategy, doesn't it?

What they mean is if you ask enough people, you'll eventually find someone who is interested in your network marketing opportunity.

"ask enough", "eventually find" isn't a very good plan for growth, is it?

Ever wonder why MLM recruiting has to be so difficult. A little secret, it doesn't.

Here is something your upline and your company will never tell you: Stop trying to recruit everyone you know, or meet, into your network marketing business. Why? Because most of them have absolutely no interest in having a home business.

Believe it or not, some people like their jobs. Some people are perfectly happy with their present income. Some people are just plain lazy.

Why doesn't your upline tell you this truth? Primarily, I believe, because they either do not realized it, they are denying it, or they do not care.

It is time to apply a little common sense to MLM recruiting. Instead of trying to recruit everyone, why not focus on people who have shown an interest in having an MLM business?

Think of all the problems this approach eliminates. These people already understand the industry. They, most likely, can follow and understand a compensation plan. They believe that network marketing is a legitimate business and not a scam.

I hope this makes sense; because I'm about to tell you how to find these people.

Advertise! That's right advertise. If you owned a sandwich shop, you'd advertise your business to people wanting to buy sandwiches, wouldn't you? It's the same thing in the MLM business. You should advertise your business to people who are interested in having an MLM business.

Advertising to recruit people already in the network marketing industry has to be done differently than directly presenting your opportunity. Why? Because most of them believe they are presently involved in an opportunity that is right for them and they are not interested in joining another.

You have to market to other network marketing indirectly and only present your opportunity after you've gained their trust. The process for gaining their trust and then recruiting them is commonly known as an MLM funded proposal.
