â€oeIs There Anybody Alive Out There?â€� A Very Good Question

Rocker Bruce Springsteen was just awarded the grammy for best rock song of 2007 with his song â€oeRadio Nowhereâ€� which asks the musical question â€oeIs there anybody alive out there?â€� This is a question that Bruce has been asking in his live performances and such for almost 20 years. I guess that Bruce noticed that, outside of his concerts where his fans are very alive, people appeared to have lost their soul. Must be especially difficult to be as dynamic, powerful and alive as Springsteen and be aware of people who are walking like zombies with absent looks in their eyes which anyone can observe if we go to a shopping mall or any place a lot of people are hanging out.
So I thought I might consider this interesting question in relation to the price of gasoline and other atrocities that many people don’t protest.

A couple of weeks ago, some media broadcasted a video of a lady in Arizona who was â€oeraped without penetrationâ€� by male cops. She described the experience in those words. Cops showed up at her home she was the victim who called for police help and ended up being arrested, stripped and abandoned completely naked in a small cell with nothing but toilet paper to wrap around herself. And in the video she is screaming to be left alone.

Where was the protest on this? Why did you not hear about this until you read this article? How far down the dwindling spiral have we come as a nation where such an atrocity gets no attention and no outcry whatsoever?
And if we see that people can’t get stirred to action over something that is such a crime like that, a nuisance of being robbed on a routine basis at the gasoline pump is going to be hard to get people riled up about. Except for one thing… it hits them right where it hurts… the the bank account balance!
As with any bad situation in society, if folks combine and take action they can bring about change.
As regards gas prices the best solution is to drop out altogether. No, I don’t mean to walk and ride your bike to work as they do in Japan. I am here to tell you that you can convert your gasoline engine to hydrogen and never have to purchase another gallon of gasoline again. Even if you just convert to a hybrid you will be saving up to 35% on gasoline consumption, possibly more.
Also you will be helping your automobile to perform better, also you will be doiong something effective to bring about cleaner air for all of us to live in and you will experience the satisfaction of knowing that you are part of a revolution against the auto makers and the oil industry and you can say that with regards to the price of gasoline … â€oewe ain’t buyin’ it anymoreâ€�
