To every society is it laws that guide the existence of all in such society including the society as entity. And for the laws to be meaningful there must be an adequate means of enforcing such laws for the betterment of the society.

The society that exists at any given workplace is a reflection of the laws of such particular workplace and the law of the greater society hosting the workplace. The employees of such business have to toe the line of the laws of the workplace while both the employer and the employees have to observe the laws set by the greater society in order for their symbiotic relationship to be allowed to continue to go on.

Taking a mining firm that is starting the manufacturing of a product in the state of Colorado as an example. After setting up shop and meeting all the conditions attached to such venture, the firm will have to employ workers that are ready to work under the conditions set by the laws of the firm. The next line of action is for the employer and the employees to fulfill the obligations set for them to have a working relationship by the State of Colorado.
